DEPOSITS

A 25% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total.

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

• All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations will result in a 50% service fee.

• No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.

• Arrivals over 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee.

• Arrivals 30 minutes or more late will result in automatic cancellation, and the appointment must be rescheduled.

APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

• Only the client being serviced is permitted at the appointment, unless a child is receiving the service.
